Kratom, or 'Mitragyna speciosa' is a large tree native to south east Asia. Its leaves have been harvested for centuries by locals for their medicinal properties. Traditionally used as a pain killer, a muscle relaxant, a sedative, a stimulant and as a treatment for diarrhea.
